Just as with all drugs, not everyone reacts the same way.

Yes, there are many documented cases of saline jabs being given instead of the vaccine, but that doesn't mean that everyone who doesn't get a reaction got saline. Some people have ended up dead from the vaccine, some had an adverse reaction, and some just got lucky.
