i believe he was saying its not the legal white house. in law, or a lawsuit sometimes if something is not capitalized it can null and void the whole thing because it isnt technically the same thing if it were capitalized. example: if a cop writes a speeding ticket and doesnt capitalize your first and last name it can be thrown out of court as fraudulent because your actual legal name has capital letters. any lawyer pedes want to back this up?

Maybe referring to the WH in DC as the one of the incorporated US as it would be very small indeed if some other place is going to be the New White House in the new Republic
