I have had the thought that all the recent ransomware attacks might have been the Cabal trying to raise funds for black ops because their other assets were shut down.

Could be. If they get most of their $ through narcotics trafficking, child sex trafficking, and 'foreign aid', most of those are hopefully on a low point right about now.. Joe is trying to bring them back though.
