Well depending on how they tracked you down im thinking you can just claim they abused surveillance powers? There are laws against certain types of monitoring and abuse of power. Everything they are doing now WILL be beaten in court but that is why it is full court press...pun intended....because they know legal system is slow and their ephemeral power will fade rapidly even in our corrupt system.
