How? - Attacking you with foods that contain soy and chemicals that suppress testosterone levels. hormone disrupting chemicals have made their way into a variety of products, from cosmetics like sunscreen and toothpaste to plastic water bottles and thermal receipt ink.
Using the media, the economy, finances, race, fear and every other weapon they can to keep you in a constant state of stress. These environments and conditions drive up secretion of the stress hormone cortisol, which results in lower levels of the estrogen-desensitizing hormone progesterone. This relative increase in estrogen dominance is not good for either sex, but men are particularly affected by it.
Why? - Strong men inspire and lead others, protect those around them and most importantly, fight. Weak men follow.
Edit: Most insurances won't cover TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) but **will **cover testosterone if you're a woman Transitioning into a man. That's very telling.
It's obvious too. I never seem to see any young guys that look like they can handle shit. Like real masculine guys. They all look like they are stoked for the next comicon or other soy boy bullshit. We are all being poisoned in every way possible it seems.
My son is 17 and a XC runner. He has a fast metabolism, so he’s slender and muscular. What would you recommend to help him gain some? (We doesn’t want to be too bulky because it would make him slower, he’s the fastest distance runner on the team)
Typical response is; Quality proteins and fats in conjunction with minimal strength training. But I would suggest looking into AthleanX, Jeff Cavalier is top notch with muscle and brains to match since he's a physical therapist as well (also has like 9-11 million subs, among them are all the triple A list athletes). But to gain some mass, you have to do strength training, especially if you focus mainly on cardio. I get quick results with grassfed whey protein and creatine (best within 45 mins of strength training). This is just my experience, I also have a high metabolism but do not train for distance running. Jeff will likely have just what he needs.
We will check him out! Thank you so much!
Edit: that guy is ripped 😂
