Healthy people do not need to go to the doctor a bunch of times per year, and don’t need to take a bunch of prescriptions

I was prescribed antidepressants because I get postpartum depression. I started getting these sensations in my brain, like little static feelings. It was very bizarre and alarming. I searched it online and learned that it’s called “brain zaps” It was the first I’d heard about that. Very scary, I quit taking those things immediately
