There obviously exists all sorts of protocols for dealing with (insert situation) that by their nature must be done in secrecy. That they'd just publicly arrest Hillary Clinton -- with all the civic unrest that would cause -- would be a foolish move, but would they have a choice if it could be proven that she was literally an asset of a hostile foreign power?
Therefore, is your entire argument built on the idea that because we DIDN'T see something happen, it never happened, and therefore everything since is also false?
