About a year ago, in March of 2020 I believe, Trump mentioned he wanted prayers because he was about to make the most difficult decision of his life.
Any spectulation of what that was?

Yes, but the difference here is that VAERS deaths are counter-narrative.
Pumping up deaths from COVID creates the need for the vaccine. Pumping up adverse effects from the vaccine should be counterproductive to selling vaccines.
VAERS reports that are subsequently ignored does aid in the general attempt to divide the populace though.
The cabal's goals would "outrank" those of big pharma.
An adverse vaccine death narrative pushes fear, and prolongs a lock down justification.
I don't follow all the vaccine information, since I consider the sources disseminating it all have been proven to be biased in one way or the other, and I don't need it anyway. So, I can't really comment on it beyond saying I am confident that Trump would not encourage their use if it was poison.
I will say that the CDC, the Deep State the Cabal, are all proven, skilled, educated liars. They have folks reading these forums. They know how to craft a multi-layered narrative. We are easier to trick then we think we are.
The way to defeat them is easy, though. 1. Trust Trump. 2. Trust Q. 3. Trust the plan. And of course, have faith.
We all can see that events are accelerating now. It won't be much longer it seems. Then, finally, any doubts we have will be revealed, and the truth known.
But, if the goal of the cabal is a narrative that the vaccine is unsafe to support lockdown, wouldn't they turn on the fully controlled media machine to tell people about it and blame Trump? They would have sunk it out of the gate. There were plenty of media articles throwing doubt on the vaccines (and making pretty good points), up until Nov 3.
If anything, now they are using the media to push the vaccine and suppress doubt.
It could be that the cabal is losing some control over the media, although the media's response to the audit results (total blackout) suggests otherwise unfortunately.
If they outright say the vaccine is unsafe, then they have to prove that; hard to do when it isn't poison. The way they are doing it, they can have the fear, have the distraction, and still have Big Pharma making money.
Doing it this way also discredits this community, by making us sound foolish now. Everyone knows we are Trump supporters, yet we are saying the vaccine he promotes as safe and effective is poison. This makes us less credible when we tell them about the Cabal's activities.
This is what I mean by a multi-layered narrative. In the end it doesn't matter.

Since when have they needed to prove anything they put out on media? Did they prove that the vaccines ARE safe? Did they prove that armed white supremacists killed cops while storming the Capitol?
I agree that it puts us in a difficult situation, although this position is fairly consistent with the general principle that virtually everything the media or government says is a lie.
NCSWIC yes, but that does not mean it does not matter how we handle the vaccine. It may be very important for a substantial part of the population to shun the vaccine. I plan to be part of the control group. But I'm very worried that may be a very high personal cost to that.
I think that even if it turns out that the vaccine was a terrible mistake, if the cabal hold over the media can be broken, walking back early support of the vaccine will not be difficult. All it takes is a villain to pin it on. Whoever is controlling the media gets to choose the villain... which is why it's would be hard for Trump to come out against it right now, even if he realized that the pharma companies (riddled with CCP agents) fucked him and us over.
