It is only a matter of time before the pilot and co-pilot on one of these planes become simultaneously debilitated mid-flight. Given the small number of pilots who can fly the larger commercial aircraft, the 100% vaccination status, the high likelihood of blood clotting, and the altitude they fly at; mathematically it is bound to happen eventually.

Pilots are medically checked yearly. This check up includes heart, sight, hearing, brain and so on. Above a certain age, the medical check has to be done every 6 months. It is very unlikely that these aviators had any disease before. Btw many Indian pilots also died recently !
