The New American with update on how the Church is fighting the [DS]. Proud of the Southern Baptists for calling for a complete abolishment of abortion and to ignore the evil Roe vs Wade ruling. Too long have "not for profit" charities used the abortion topic for gain. It has to end!

The latter link is very important to read as it, just as in RvW, views the question from 1771
The question at law was: is an abortion a personal decision that is protected as a reserved right by the people (10th)? The answer is: YES, unequivocally: YES. According to the ruling, it would not matter whether you claimed that freedom based on any of the other personal freedom amendments, or all together.
Enter State interest. This limits the choice within the 1st semester, however, also turn a woman into a ward of the state and allows for tax money be used to fund these procedures.
This means that the guy, who refused to pay the IRS as long as PP was funded, was right, and was ruled right.
Solution?
a. if someone wishes to keep the baby, that is ok, as people get through this with the help of God, family, the church, etc. That is a personal choice, albeit that it may be influenced by religious sentiment and conviction.
b. if someone wishes to abort, you and I may not like it, but it remains a personal choice IF it remains within the first 3 months. See my comments on what is a human. (https://greatawakening.win/p/12j03kmXsU/genocide--a-different-view-out-o/ ; especially the comments about the first 3 months). Take also into account, many "pregnancies" abort due to natural causes: too late, not nested, no growth ability, low energy sperm, spike protein sperm, etc.). However, that should mean people should privately fund it either through insurance, gofund me, superpacs, and what have you. It does not apply to us, it does not burden us. That is personal responsibility! Personal liberty!
Should a State determine to make abortion under such circumstances illegal, that would be a encroachment on reserved rights, and tyranny of the majority.
So, be very mindful if you look at this topic and start from the basic premise: liberty.
I will always start with God's law. Thou Shall not Kill. An arbitrary decision on when life begins at 3 months is also not biblical. I don't care what "science" says. I carried a child to term and they are alive at conception and loved by their Father at that moment. Continuing to play these games only allows the lucifarians more blood and death for their evil. This is a spiritual war, not just a legal battle.
I do respect your view.
And you have done so in exercise of your liberty and the way you understand your religious obligations. (Amendment 1)
I have experienced in my life 2 abortions. One of medical need, the other was whimsical. Both times it shocked me to my core. The first a difficult decision, the second I had not even been consulted. And I am very happy with my children who are alive and kicking and love them till my last breath (so to speak).
That said, liberty requires choices for people to make for all kinds of reasons, despite we may not agree with these choices, or that our feelings do not jive with us. And for each and everyone of us, we will have to bear responsibility for it. (A1, A2, A4, A5, A10, etc)
And you will have noticed under the heading "solution" there is ample room within the definition of liberty to accommodate both, unless of course you take it upon yourself, as the anti - gut - mensch, to take away peoples liberty and force them to live according to what you feel is better for them.
It is indeed not a game. Tyranny exists in many forms. And I am not sure what is worse: political tyranny or religious tyranny. Both have their idiots and fanatics. History is replete with them.
I do agree, what PP is doing is way beyond this obvious choice, (and, I want to emphasize that, is NOT what I was writing about) as it has become a commercial market crooked by quick wins. Revolting!
Despite appearances, that has nothing to do with Roe v Wade. In my post, I am pointing out the idiocy to make that into a political plank.
And just as much as the LEFT has run with it to start their diabolical plans, so too, the other side wants to run with it to start theirs. The synthesis and balance is liberty. Both the Constitution and Common Law is on that point.
