This sounds exactly like my sister in-law who is a PA, who owns stock in Moderna.
Duuuuuuuuude, that's fucked up. If a person running a blog makes any money off affiliate links ("here's Amazon links to the products I like"), she has to tell you in a disclaimer ("I make a small portion of money if you click these links and purchase the items"). Doctors and nurses who own stock in these pharmaceutical companies should have to fucking tell patients if they make money off the sales of vaccines. Total conflict of interest.
Maybe she had a guilty conscience? It's interesting what people admit to when you don't even ask.
I had never really thought about this. Thank you for putting it on my mind. I'll never be able to forget it and when a doctor pushes anything I'll be quick to ask, "you don't happen to own stock in the company that manufactures this stuff, do ya?"

Bingo.
Before 2020, I actually had some respect for the medical industry has a whole. Not a lot, but some.
That is now gone.
There are a FEW (very few) situtions where they are helpful. But that is less than 10% of what they do.
Trauma. Bullet wounds.
And has your sister-in-law gotten the Moderna jab herself?
