Sure paper ballots...

Everyone counting needs a nametag with an RFID tracking chip that can be tracked through 360 degree HD camera pods mounted on top of every single place where votes are counted.

That way you can see who is doing what, you can zoom, pan, see every single angle and who is there.

Fraud would end if we had this..... wouldn't be that hard to set up also.
