I would stay he would start from re-Instatement, let’s say October 1, 4 years. Then he can go another 4 years. So serve 3 terms at 4 years. There’s videos of him always saying “12 more years.” Along with the crowd chanting. I always thought he meant don jr but we’ll see :)
Also, fuck mike pence. I was all about him during the Kamala debate and felt bad about the fly. He fucked trump over quite possibly more than anyone in the US.
This is uncharted territory, but I'm pretty sure if he is re-instated with anything less than 2 years remaining in the term, he would be eligible for a '3rd' Term.
Edit: Sauce - "No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of President more than once. But this Article shall not apply to any person holding the office of President when this Article was proposed by Congress, and shall not prevent any person who may be holding the office of President, or acting as President, during the term within which this Article becomes operative from holding the office of President or acting as President during the remainder of such term."
The 25th amendment allows for the replacement of the vice president. The President would pick a nominee and congress (I think the Senate) would have to confirm the nominee.
If he stays he should have one job, and one job only. Wipe Trump's ass after each and every shit. On duty 24/7.
Idk man, I wouldnt trust pence anywhere near any orifice of any office.
He certified the fraud as the president of the senate. He would be arrested with everyone else involved and trump would pick a new VP.
Would Trump get a full "new 4 year" term?
Or have to serve out the remainder of this term?
Or...
Serve out this term and also be eligible to run again to serve a Full Term?
It would take the remainder of this term (and longer) just to clean-up this fucking mess.
I prefer option #3, but it would probably kick off a civil war. And I am good with that, this country could use a good hardy flushing!

Pence can't be VP if arrested. Trump can then appoint, with congressional approval, a replacement.
