I can prove it. I'm a victim, myself. Took Amy years of self reflection and introspection to curb the desire to scorch the Earth, quit the harmful and quite dangerous behaviors I acted out on, feel good about myself, and realize that it wasn't my fault. And I had to do it all by myself.
