I expect the internet was released to the public from a black project as most technology for public consumption is. While I can't say he's in on it, the mass surveillance state also couldn't exist without the internet as we know it.
Thatβs plausible. Surveillance of us also means the same for them. It goes both ways.
That's what I think too. I don't quite buy into these stories of pioneering geniuses.
