Agree. Stupid, off-topic, distraction-eliciting statement from Maricopa Co.

The procedure is 1+1+1+1+1+ . . . Addition is the only operation needed - NO subtraction, division, or multiplication. The order in which areas/precincts and in-person and mail-in ballots are counted and included in the total is irrelevant. The total of all correctly-tabulated votes should ALWAYS be the same.
