I've been working on frequencies still. I'm finding 432 is fairly stable in many ways.
Here's a fun fact.
The magnetic frequency of the Earth is 7.83hz.
The human heartbeat is effectively 1.17hz.
Add them together and you get 9.
9 is seen as the universal number of completion, finality and love.
It is also the lowest number whose sum of digits of its multiples always reduces back to 9.
2*9 = 18 and 1 + 8 = 9
3*9 = 27 and 2 + 7 = 9
4*9 = 36 and 3 + 6 = 9
So on and so forth...
If you play the frequencies of something like 432, 439.83, and 433.17 together it forms a distinct spiral pattern if set to a stereo vectorscope. I'll make a video about this in a couple days.
Oh, and I learned that playing the frequencies 111 and 1221 together is dangerous.
I read about those, when played binaurally at a microscopic scale can kill cancer cells and leave healthy cells alive.
I listened to those frequencies for a bit and it gave me heart palpitations, threw my back out, gave me a panic attack, and made me feel like I was fucking dying.
Maybe it needs to stay at the microscopic level, aye?
Binaural beats is on several utube sleep videos. Not a whole lot of sound to them, just quiet, soothing, sound with occasional ping sounds that almost sound like water dripping, but they definitely do something to you. Maybe puts you into a different level of relaxation. For me, it was like when you are very tired and on your way to sleep and little sounds make you physically jump or twitch. Within the first 2 minutes of the video, the subtle ping sound was making me jump every time. It didn't matter if it was a very, very, quiet ping or a super loud one, I jumped. Are the ping sounds the binaural beats? They do something inside of you for sure. I don't listen to them anymore.
I very frequently sleep at night to an 8 or 10 hour long video (phone) of either 432 Hz or 528Hz and have found them to be extremely soothing and healing. I will say I had to listen to many before I found what relaxed me because some have lots of varieties of superfluous sounds that were aggravating. Meditative minds has some very low key videos that I like. I really prefer a monotone whose volume fades in and out rather than busy music with tunes, rain, or different instruments. Believe me not all videos are equal. Sometimes during the day I put these on you tube on the tv...they have some black screen and it makes a nice background vibe. I have not ventured out beyond these two frequencies even though many others are available and really affect different aspects of being alive. Also, I am a musician and I have despised all music played at 440Hz (including praise music that plays at that frequency). I really believe this beats the "white background music" trend.
