Evidence to present in her prosecution.

"Defendant was hostile, dishonest and combative even after overwhelming evidence of her crimes came to light, and for this reason she is highly likely to re-offend as she does not appear to have any remorse for her actions' and so on.

The perfect legal case for imposing the maximum sentence.
