Colorado has a list the people who haven't gotten the vax. I suspect all states and the feds do.

Texas doesn't. Our state doesn't have a database for tracking vaccinations, nor do doctor's offices or clinics or hospitals report vaccinations to the state or federal government.
That would actually be illegal. A violation of HIPAA for sure.
The law never stopped them before. Why should it now?
This would be incorrect. Walgreens in Texas does submit your info to the state.
