I need more prayers. My 80 yr old uncle was rushed to the hospital tonight with a possible stroke or blood clot in his brain or a brain bleed. He had a mini stroke a few months ago then recently had double pneumonia. His wife, my dads sister, the mom of my cousin who thinks God has no use for him, isn’t in a good mental state and is also in poor health. Thank you so much for your prayers God bless you.

Thank you I appreciate it. Unfortunately my uncle passed away. My aunt could use some prayers. In the span of 4 years she lost two sons, her mom, and now her husband.
Wow that is alot of death to be around sorry to hear. Heavenly Father lift up my friends aunt as she goes thru the mourning process of the death of her husband. Provide comfort for her so she may feel peace and love as she goes on with her lift. Help her to turn to u when she feels weak or alone and to know she always has you there for her amen

Dear Slechta, you help me to remember that it is only Christ our Lord that stands between us (individually & socially) and utter chaos. If we allow habitation (of ourselves) by unclean spirits, we can wind up like the swine in Mark 5. (First century Jews thought of the sea as "chaos"; the terrible 'unknown'.)
If we fail to ASK for God's intervention (humbly & respectfully) on behalf of those being tormented in possession by the powers of darkness, then when our LORD steps in, we may be left in shock like the Gerasenes (they didn't even ask Him to stay!!). Again, CHAOS!
The lesson? Do like our dear friend Slechta and ASK FOR GOD'S HELP AGAINST EVIL SPIRITS, NOW! SOONER, not later. Ask Jesus to STAY with us and TEACH US (learn from His Holy Word and from His shepherds).
