No, the whole point is they NEVER get to relax. The DS hasn't slept soundly since 2016. They are expecting the boom, but they never know when. Try this: get someone to hold a balloon right next to a pin, right by your face and say "I'm going to pop this. In going to pop this," over and over a random number times a hundred. You will go crazy from both the unrelenting expectation of the bang, yet you will still be startled when it finally does blow up in your face. Nothing can stop what is coming, and yet, they don't know when it's coming.
