I think many have been taken down to GITMO for 'shakedowns' and that's why they're changing their tune, so to speak. Raff's is throwing everyone in GA under the bus to save himself! Let's see Wolf and others in PA suddenly start to 'comply'. My guess is that many are getting the military no option deal; either comply or face the consequences!
