"Certified" implies a license. That you have taken the appropriate training to do the job and the requirements to do said job are spelled out. Medicine, law, insurance, construction - hell even cosmetology all require licenses and there is public access to look up individuals working in those professions to ensure they are "certified" and up to date with education, etc. So please show me where I can look these individuals credentials up to determine if they are capable of performing the job.
