I don't know...this isn't the first time I have seen this photo... Now sometime later using this search string ... daily mail state of the union grim reaper... on google the search got no hits.

On yandex the video is 4th hit on the first page from bitchute:

So if I am to speculate:

Our adversary is godless and anything super natural not under their thumb really really bugs them.

Gotta sweep it under the rug otherwise their might have to be a congressional committee to investigate the afterlife.
