Five is big. These little local governments and elections aren't as sexy as Congressional, Senate, Presidential, or state governorship elections, but I think tearing down these local political machines is key to regaining the country for the People. Without the machine, politicians rising through the local system will need to appease constituents instead of the local Establishment.
