the brand DELTA, it's not new and is one of the biggest power supply maker (OEM/ODM) in the world together with LIte-On (specially in PC/IT/TELCO etc) Like Foxconn it's mostly for chipset / boards (seeing those in IT device since > 15 years)

Honestly, this has nothing to do with the COVID, stop to follow dead paths
