Loretta Fuddy, the woman who authorized Obama's birth certificate, was murdered when the small plane she was in went down in the ocean by Hawaii. One of the passengers videotaped on his GoPro the scene when they were waiting for help in the ocean.

Loretta was holding onto a one person inflatable tiny raft that her associate was sitting in. Apparently she was holding on to the far side of the raft and had her legs under the raft. On the near side you can see her black shoes. All of a sudden, a diver pops up out of nowhere beside that tiny raft that she is hanging onto. That's when she died.
