Yes they can be turned on and off but if it's a commercial vessel it should never be off

Thanks, than that's weird, i was tracking it the first day, once it reached open sea there was a weird yacht (GENE MACHINE, wrote about it, going to Gibraltar, way odd), both faced for a while, since then the position didn't change
