i know its a joke but one of the internal components of Chrome is called "adreno"

Exactly.

Spez: "chrome browser?" was the joke cause we know the comment he was replying to was talking about adrenochrome. I was just explaining that there was symbolism used in Chrome browser, in its name and internal components.
