I was freaking out thinking something big was happening somewhere and I had no way to find out. Even the data on my phone didn't work, I was completely in the dark. I'm in the Midwest region, anything happen to anyone else?

NE Ohio . Lost power last night(Friday) from 6:30 ish for over an hour. While the power was out I got an email from my internet provider informing me of them having an outage at the same time. That never happened before, just seemed sort of odd.
Central Indiana 2am Fri night/Sat morn for 15 min
SE Wisconsin and it's been up for me.
The problem may have been closer to West Central WI
I'm also in the Midwest and mine was down for a few hours yesterday, but apparently localized to a couple WIFI towers.
Our problem came directly from the service providers. They knew about the issue and even added a message to their tech support customer service line saying that they were working to fix it but that it was affecting their entire regional service. I've never seen an outage like that from them for such a large area, it had me worried something was "happening" in the news and they didn't want us to know about it.
We had an outage like that a few months ago, where as near as I could tell all the service provider's towers were out of commission. They said at the time it was due to a problem with some service up the chain from theirs.
Do you remember what time and for how long?
To the best of my knowledge it was down for a couple hours, though I can't remember if it was midafternoon or late afternoon.
Thanks. That's a while. Probably nothing but hrmm.
Who is your provider? Spectrum?
No, it's a more localized/regional provider. Because it's smaller that may be why they had this issue, I'm not sure.
How long and at what time?
Today from at least 5pm to 8pm.
Thanks. Just figured it'd be a thing to note if it happens elsewhere to write down the time.
Good point.
SE Michigan is fine
MN specific.
