Yes the 10 Commandments in Exodus was written by God. He specifically mentioned the seventh day. It must have been important to mention the exact day. Jesus worshiped on the seventh day.
The new testament never mentiond a change to the first day. Its important. God wrote and MAN changed it. That fren is the Truth.
If some wish to believe that man can overule God regarding the creation (read Exodus 10 C's again, not the bastardized Catholic version) then that is their choice.
I've proven my point through the scriptures, so Im done with this conversation.
9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
10 But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
11 For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
Exodus 20:8-11
It looks like the Old Testament sabbath was for rest, it doesn’t say a word about worship. This seems very legalistic to me, like women can’t wear makeup and drinking wine is a sin. We should worship God every day.
If you want to attend church on Saturday have at it.

God bless.
8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
