If I am following this people with addresses requested ballots, records of ballots being sent to those addresses were kept, and 74 thousand mail in ballots have no record of ever being mailed to any address that a request came from? Kind of confusing.

They are now trying to say that these were people who showed up at the polls, requested a mail in ballot, and then mailed it back in.
