This clip is fake as fuck. The water vapor that clearly went away from this area, magically started downppuring upwind and on top of Clarkson's only? Bullshit. You can see no clouds in the area and bright sunlight on him. Someone with a hose is spraying water above him so they could create this shot. Staged as hell, like much of TV and top gear itself
