Agree. You can even bump up to 6-8k mg C, diarrhea permitting. Zinc sulfate 220mg which contains 50mg of elemental zinc. Double check your quercetin formulation because many contain zinc as well.

You could also get some ivermectin for < $10 at Tractor Supply or similar. I would recommend this if your breathing starts getting worse. It has been shown to be more effective in later stages. Good luck!
