Disclose TV is the only news outlet I see reporting currently well...as of 40ish minutes ago. I think the video says inner Mongolia?

No, the three gorges is on the Yangtze River and waters from Inner Mongolia are drained by the Huang He River, both drain to the ocean and do not connect
