Recalling electors is beside the point. Whatever electors existed were already sent to the electoral college, the EC voted and submitted votes to the US Senate, and those votes were given to the house for a full vote on the President. AZ can do whatever it wants, including making a new set of electors, but it can't force the US Senate to do anything in particular, or force the electoral college to reconvene, or make the house have a new vote. But they can take this to the supreme court to have the already-done federal actions undone by fraud.
