What's the possibility of some of the Pfizer / Moderna vaccines being simple saline?

I'm still trying to figure out why all of my vaxxed co-workers aren't sick or injured. Don't get me wrong; I don't want all of them to get sick, but if some of them were to get sick, it might go a long ways in preventing the vaxx from being made corporate mandatory.
