Asleep is one thing. Disrespectful is quite another.

He is disrespectful and dishonest.

Wants you to watch 2 hours of his opinion, but can't be bothered to watch 5 minutes of yours -- 'cuz too busy!

That is not "just asleep." That is downright laughing at you and disrespectful.

He also uses ridicule because he is not honest enough to have a substantive discussion. He is not a good guy. You might have had a long-term friendship with him, but your description screams DISRESPECT.

HE doesn't see your friendship the way YOU do.
