Does he think industries are expanding everywhere and businesses are in a mass hiring and growth phase? Does he think unemployment is at a record low and exports are booming? Are the middle class acquiring substantive savings and investments, and paying off the house loans and zeroing out all balances owed on their credit cards?

'Daft' doesn't even start to touch upon how mentally fucked up Joe Biden is. Hes not on this world, hes not even in this universe.
