Regardless of when this was shot, it's clearly overcast and if you've lived in the north then you know we can get some chilly 40-50 degree weather in July especially while raining. That video was awesome. There's a chance it could have been set up to make Tucker look good but I think it was genuine. Tucker looks quite American.
