So what came to mind when I read your comment is this, we know China is buying up agricultural land along with their puppet Gates. Could it be that China's land will be so flooded that they can no longer provide food to export, and America can't step in and fill the Gap because the Chinese own the land and they are using it to keep the CCP and DS bellies full? Would probably solve one of the biggest issues communist countries have, more mouths to feed than resources to go around.
