look up cloud seeding.. china, saudi, etc. they have been seeding clouds and causing rain... seems like the unforseen happened and boom.... flooding. So, insurance claims, if man is manipulating the weather, is it still called an act of God if a flood or storm destroys your property??? asking for a friend
