What he's saying is, that the expectations were too high and that the current vaccines only protect yourself.

He was critical to some narratives also in the beginning. He's not fully MSM, but let's say he's one of the top five "experts" appearing in MSM.

There's also a video from him saying, that politics pressured him to "be less verbose" about his concerns. So neither black or white.
