It’s all bullshit. All the variants are only at most 0.3% different from the original Wuhan strain. Not enough for your body to not be able to recognise it. Consider that people who had SARS back 17 years ago have immunity to covid, and they’re about 80% similar.
The variants are bullshit for another reason too: it’s just a different subset of part of the same thing. So for example if the entire virus is ABCDEFG, then the first variant might be ABC, the next might be BCD, another might be CDE. But it’s all the same shit. It’s just what they’re looking for at that time, and if you look for it, you can always find it. Have you ever heard them say “it was the delta strain AND it was NOT any other strain”? Nope. They look for delta, find it of course, and say it’s the new strain without seeing if they can find the others.
100% I've been asking for weeks how they know it's the 'Delta' variant for sure ... I asked Doctors and nurses ... "uhhh, not sure".
The only 'answer' I got was that they 'randomly' test PCR samples. Never mind that those are completely fucked too.
