something seems to have been missed...

Renz mentioned there are at least 11 different vaccine adverse event reporting systems in our fed-gov.

why would our dear leaders do something so stupid? obviously - to help obfuscate the information (purposefully or not).

has anyone identified the other systems and what the total death count is?

There are also ones in other countries. They may have different vaccination experiences but the data can still be used as comparison. In this country it seems like the VA and Indian Health Services might have their own records, as well as CMS.
