Ron Watkins is the son of the owner of 8chan (where Q posted), Jim Watkins. He used to be an administrator on that website, but resigned on election day.

After he resigned, he became quite a big account on Twitter helping uncover voter fraud, even being retweeted by President Trump five times. He wrote an affidavit which was submitted on Sidney Powell's Kraken lawsuit. Q even gave him instructions on Q posts 467 and 468, he is 'CodeMonkey', or was @codemonkeyz on Twitter.
