Fun theory. If true, then Moses only consumed marijuana (by means of smoking, without intending to) only once in his life, and managed to turn his life around positively.

Too bad most of the people who are smoking marijuana recreationally (many times more than once) aren't turning around their lives positively by doing so.

Yes, but I doubt that whether or not I like the smell of marijuana has anything to do with my personal beliefs with the divinity.

Two wrongs don't make a right. Still it's considerate that you stopped smoking. Did you complain to them about the sound?

I also don't like the smell of poop, skunks, and rotting flesh. I guess that means I should be an atheist, right?

The point of comparing swimming in lava was a comparison to your original point of bringing up the fact that marijuana is grown in the dirt. My argument was that just because something appears in nature, doesn't mean it should be used without discretion. Man should use intelligence to turn what nature provided into tools for survival.

I never said I had any problem with people who use it in a way that doesn't harm others.

I said "if" because I'm giving the benefit of the doubt to the idea that marijuana might be able to cure diseases. I've not looked specifically into the use of marijuana as a cure, hence why I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Me not immediately jumping to accept marijuana as having medical value is not the same as me not claiming that marijuana has no medical value. This isn't a cult, we're free to question things. Don't take this personally, I'm not a strawman of the society who judged you.

I'm genuinely curious why the concept of "God" is often brought up as an argument for the specific topic of marijuana.

How exactly is not swimming in lava even similar to going to a doctor? That doesn't even make any sense

Point is that you have to be smart with using what is provided to us in nature. Wasting away smoking weed all day is not smart. Using marijuana for medicinal purposes to cure a disease is smart, if marijuana is shown to cure any disease.

And God also created poisonous plants, using your logic.

Lava was created in the earth, exactly as God intended. Maybe you should swim in lava using this logic

Joking aside, if it's for medicinal purposes I have no problem with people using it in an isolated place, where they cannot bother others.

I think of marijuana the same way I think of alcohol and smoking. Obviously not good for you and people around you, but I don't think we should ban them outright.

Still, I wish I'd never have to smell that crap ever again. People who reek of weed are insufferable to live around, as well as the people who defend the smoking of it.

Seems to make the most logical sense. Marijuana isn't as bad as heroin, but I can't stand the smell, and the people who smoke it.

Why not slash the budget by 100%? There's absolutely no need for this useless organization. The UN didn't do anything to help Trump stop his 8 wars (according to Trump), so I don't see any reason stopping him from revoking all funding and support for the UN.

Nice, I'm from Texas, though I sadly left when I was young. To be fair, you can say many states are a hub of H1b abuse. Frisco, TX as an example has been tragically "Indified" since 2023.

Moving around, was just in Chicago for several months. Currently in Europe for Christmas with my family. i’ve never heard the term East Indian. Guess the term makes sense in these states with many natives. I’m guessing you’re in Arizona?

Why East Indians specifically? Kash is of Gujarat descent (Wikipedia), which is in western India

So? Just because someone's evil doesn't mean they aren't intelligent/wise.

We need to find a way to speed up deportations and further rid our country of these people who are loyal to a foreign country/culture/civilization while having legal US citizenship. If Trump finds another way to do this, let's see what he proposes.

I meant heads of office in his cabinet. Not many truly wise men in public positions in the Trump admin, besides Trump obviously.

To be fair, there's not many good options for Trump to pick from anyways. And the senate would never approve them.

Kissinger is far wiser than anyone currently in the Trump administration (bar Pres. Trump himself).

I wish we had a war with Mexico. Would be a good reason to root out the Mexico-loyalists in America and annex some more desert land.

Henry Kissinger 1971: "They (Indians) are superb flatterers, Mr. President. They are masters at flattery. They are masters at subtle flattery. That's how they survived 600 years. They suck up, their great skill is to suck up to people in key positions."

So basically Kash Patel, Trump's biggest ass-kisser.

If Trump manages to deport all the poopskins (including legals), he'd very likely win a third term

Well technically I'm not 25 years old yet which is the minimum age to run for congress

Well, James Woods is one of the select Americans with the fame and resources available to challenge them in politics. Instead of wasting his years online complaining, why not take action? He's only a year younger than Trump.
