Yes of course you should ask questions - whoever downvoted you is a cuck. We have some of those leftist douchebags lurking around here, they'll be gone soon enough.

Anyway, keep in mind how many judges Trump appointed during his first term - a record number, and several in California. This may have been one of them. This was clearly bullshit - and honestly I'm surprised by the time frame too. I work in law - the wheels of justice never turn this quickly. My thoughts are that this was a Trump judge who administered justice for Elder. :)
