Didn't the law change? I thought it was under the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) under Obama that American citizens may be detained indefinitely, without any charges even being brought against them, if the government deems them a terrorist threat. I think it is interesting to note the language the media uses in describing Jan 6th. Did they call the patriots at the Capitol terrorists? I might be wrong about the NDAA thing but I'm pretty sure I remember that right because I was losing my mind about it at the time and none of my other friends knew what I was even talking about. Obama was smooth....
Kinda strange how new laws can be passed that violate our Constitution. Seems like the Constituion would trump whatever BS is brought forward after the fact....(or should). Not sure why that isn't the case.

Because to some PERPS the Constitution is just a bunch of words as is the Oath of Office... The corporate constitution is done for at this point.
