More countdowns, more needlessly cryptic clues, more promises of world altering information, more promises of huge leaks and data dumps, more TickTock, more countdowns, and people who fall for it because they just can’t behave like adults. They continue to believe outright horseshit just because they want to, because it sounds like something they want to believe.
Dooming is expecting failure, often very intensively. "Nothing will ever work" sort of stuff.
This is just pragmatism; if information sources are proving inaccurate and have patterns to their inaccuracy, that's something to observe and note. People posting countdowns and talking big game but never putting up need to be more than just ignored, they need to be recognized as grifters and called out as such.
One of the things about this board that I would love to see change is that disagreement or presenting a counterpoint that isn't hopium-laced is sometimes called out as "dooming".
We are Patriots and free thinkers... This isn't a hive mind where everyone is expected to align on a single narrative or gtfo.
We can constructively disagree and even debate each other!
